I DO NOT reccomend this lawyer.
I strongly recommend seeking another attorney. Mrr. Cottell made offers to the defendant without my knowledge, accepted money from the defendant in the form of a check without my consent, and that he was not contracted to receive. He is not honest, and only continued my case and withdrew and chang...

Replied last August 15, 2025This client has serious mental issues and I withdrew representing her when she started accusing me of malfeasence. All the remarks in this review she made against her prior attorney when she first came to my office. Just to keep the record straight, she came to my office and picked up her file but refused to sign a receipt for my records and then accused me of not turning it over. She also refused to pay for my services.

Great attorney, reliable, knowlegeable
