I strongly recommend seeking another attorney. Mrr. Cottell made offers to the defendant without my knowledge, accepted money from the defendant in the form of a check without my consent, and that he was not contracted to receive. He is not honest, and only continued my case and withdrew and chang...ed motions to benefit defendant for over a year, then withdrew as my attorney! I have not been able to get my file from him to this day. After he withdrew as my attorney, he contacted opposing counsel regarding defendant to continue to pay him. Clearly did not have my best interests but his own.
