About me

Ms. Acosta is admitted to the State Bar of California. She handles diverse cases including deportation defense, employment and family-based visas, and general civil litigation. She is sought out as an expert in "crimmigration," overcoming the immigration consequences of criminal pleas. Her past clients include foreign investors, victims of crime applying for special visas, unaccompanied children seeking asylum, and business entities defending civil suits. Part of her practice also includes civil litigation related to personal injury matters.

Outside of the courtroom, Ms. Acosta serves as the only attorney on the Board of Directors for the San Gabriel Valley Consortium on Homelessness and volunteers her time to organizations and that benefit those in need.
