Nathaniel Hunter Clark

Nathaniel Clark is the Managing Litigation Attorney at Insider Accident Lawyers. He has more than 15 years of litigation experience and has spent his career representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.

Although Nathaniel has valuable experience defending personal injury claims on behalf of insurance companies, his passion is advocating for injured people. His understanding of both sides of personal injury litigation allows him to anticipate defense strategies and develop effective legal solutions that maximize results for his clients.

Nathaniel has tried more than 40 court trials and multiple jury trials, giving him extensive courtroom experience. His background representing major corporations and insurance companies provides valuable insight that he now uses to protect the interests of injury victims.

Throughout his career, Nathaniel has successfully represented his clients in cases involving wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, orthopedic injuries, spinal surgeries, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and claims involving government entities.

Nathaniel earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego in 2007 before receiving his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law in 2010.

During his third year of law school, he worked as a misdemeanor law clerk prosecutor with the United States Attorney’s Office, where he successfully took multiple cases to verdict in federal court. He also served as an editor and published author for the Law Review and competed as a member of the Moot Court Team.
