Larry Chih-Hung Kuo

Larry Chih-Hung Kuo is a Criminal Defense/ Immigration Attorney licensed to practice in both California Superior Courts, Federal Central District Court, and Immigration Court.   He firmly believes that everyone deserves a second chance to live the “American Dream.”  In 1980, he and his mother came to United States with only $ and an unrelenting aspiration to become an attorney so that he may help others obtain the same opportunities afforded to him.

Mr. Kuo received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Global Peace and Conflict from the University of California,Irvine (UCI) with a minor in Global Peace and Conflict.  After running twosuccessful restaurants, he decided to attend Law School at The Glendale University College of Law (GUCL) where he became an Editor in the GUCL Law Review.   Later, he clerked at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office where he worked on two Grand Juries, one involving a Second-Degree Implied Malice Murder Charge. 

After working hand-and-hand with one of the finest Criminal Defense Attorneys in Fresno County, Mr. Kuo came to the realization that a number of the defendants that he encountered were good people who simply made a life-changing mistake.  With vigor, passion, and conviction Mr. Kuo decided to open his own firm to help those who deserve a second chance.

As both a member of the California DUI Lawyers Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association, he strives to continuously educate and update himself with the changing landscape of the law.
