When the case first began, I tried to go about it without an attorney but quickly did I learn that it is not as easy as it may seem. I knew that it was necessary to find someone who would be able to fight for me and Mrs. Gnekow was the perfect attorney. She took the time to hear out how the case was ...going and caught up like if she had been there the whole time. The entire team was up to date so it made it easier when communicating and every time new events came afloat. Attorneys may not always be available because they have multiple cases but that’s when the efforts of a good team come in to play because they were sure to update Mrs. Gnekow. When it is your turn to have her show up in court for you, you better believe she shows up and is dedicated to focusing on your case. You can feel the passion and collectiveness when she is there with you, she knows that the person in trail at the moment is the one who needs her the most. In times of hopelessness, I would end up being astonished by how things went in my favor. I couldn’t be more at peace now that we’ve made it to the finish line; I genuinely could not have gotten as far as I did without Mrs. Gnekow.

Long story as short as possible, I had a previous attorney that drafted an agreement that me and my now ex wife had came up with, however this attorney messed up and didn’t do his do diligence. When my ex wife got evil and wanted out of the contract she challenged the contract and got herself an atto...rney who is as sheisty as she is. My ex wife and her attorney made up multiple lies and accusations against me. Vanessa came in at the last minute and stepped up to the plate like a boss and handled it. She is on top of her game and will take care of you, she was upfront and honest with possible outcomes, but she was also dedicated and determined. Vanessa is a winner, save yourself time, energy and money. I tried to go the cheap route and get my matter settled with just any attorney and unfortunately he was not able to finish the job. I wish I would’ve went with Vanessa in the first place. She brought my case to a victory. I found out you get what you pay for, and Vanessa and her team are worth every penny. Vanessa is a fighter and will fight for you. She is aggressive and not intimidated by any attorney. Vanessa is also down to earth and compassionate, she heard me out and understood what I was asking for. Her and all her staff were on top of everything. When Vanessa started she had passion and really wanted to help you and make things right for the sake of the kids. Like judges, mediators, minor counsel they forget they see this everyday and don’t realize that they get start going through the motions. Vanessa has thrown several different retainer fe...es at me that I might add were $3,000 then it was $5,000 and the last time she said it would be $7,000 as a retainer. Mind you each time was at a different point of the battle and each time less and less work was needed. She just wants your money and it will never be enough. Do not ever expect to get anything back because in reality that money is gone on day 1. I was charged for her paralegals and /secretary's phone calls and emails that asked me the same questions. I was being charged because they didn’t write it down . Mind you it was a 1min phone call and I was charged for 30min. I was charged when I’d call and she’s go off on rants about other topics that I didn’t care to hear. 10min calls your charged an hrs time. It’s just sad when money becomes the prime motivation and the children/kids mental well being and security are out 2nd. Vanessa you would be the best if you just thought about anyone’s kids being yours. If you went back to the beginning you wouldn’t be stopped.
