DON'T HIRE THIS CLOWN. Once he said "Just wait until you see me in action" but later I noticed when opposing attorney or opposing party gets aggressive he just turns weak. He violated his duty by closing discovery without my permission. He ignored all calls, emails and texts for a long time. He only ...called to lie about a fake trial date and hung up whiteout answering any of my questions or concerns. So after finally get a hold of him a few days later he asked for some more money which I gave. Then I realized he was lying so I fired him. When I fired him, he did not even forward the full case files to my new attorney. Oh and he didn't give back the fees which by law he has too after I fired him.

In short: he is very weak, passive and over all inept! He will do as little as possible, as he calls it “ winging it” yet he charges you fully. He is very submissive to the other side, often submitting to the judge’s tentative rulings without fighting it! You will lose every motion, every hearing, ev...ery single time! Then when you try to confront him about it, he will say there is a break down between you two & try to file to recuse himself in the middle of litigation! He does this because he is almost paid off and doesn’t want to continue representing you as this cost him time which he doesn’t have! He will throw you to the Wolves and he doesn’t care about winning or his clients! I would never hire him again! Save you’re case and hire someone else aggressive with a proven record of winning! He is not a winner for you’re case. He loses every single time so don’t waste you’re monies!
