Eric David Paris

Eric Paris is the owner and Senior Trial Attorney of The Paris Firm. Mr. Paris was inspired to become a lawyer because he witnessed injustice firsthand to his parents as a young child and he watched as a lawyer was able to help right a wrongdoing for his parents. Mr. Paris also suffered injustice which only fortified his resolve to become a lawyer and emboldened his passion to become a lawyer to help people. Mr. Paris always wanted to be able to help the little guy, the common man or woman, those that need someone to stand with them to fight against the powerful.

Mr. Paris provides a unique experience to the clients of The Paris Firm in that he makes sure to personally meet with each client. Mr. Paris feels that it is important to connect with the firms’ clients and believes that the clients become like family. The Paris Firm works with severely injured people who in many instances are at the lowest point of their life without any idea where to turn for help.   Mr. Paris is there for you! He understands the delicate nature of how an unexpected crash or event can turn your life upside down without any warning whatsoever. Mr. Paris is compassionate during your time of need and The Paris Firm takes great care to consider the emotional impact of the calamity that has happened to you.

Mr. Paris has been representing injured victims for over 25 years and he is as passionate now fighting for seriously injured consumers as he was when he was a young attorney. Mr. Paris loves helping those that need someone to stand up for them against the powerful insurance companies and companies that don’t care about injured consumers. Those companies only care about profits over people. Many people think that since the negligent person or wrongdoer did something wrong that caused injury and/or harm to them that the insurance company will do what is right and properly compensate them. Unfortunately, that is not our reality.

Mr. Paris fights the tough fight for his clients and has a long track record of success (link to past results). Mr. Paris is a member of many consumer advocacy organizations including the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the American Association of Justice, the Million Dollar Advocates and Multi Million Dollar Advocates (membership restricted to attorneys with multi million dollar results for their clients)

Mr. Paris feels strongly about giving back to the community and he is a proud member of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyer Charities which is very successful in raising money to support causes throughout Southern California focusing on issues related to education, children, battered women and homelessness. Mr. Paris also participates in Breast Cancer Awareness Charity events, donates to various charities, sponsors the local high school sports team including National Champion Chino Hills High School Basketball. The Paris Firm sponsors a Scholarship for local high school students and also sponsors a Scholarship for rising college students as we believe that education is paramount to the development of the young people in our society.

Mr. Paris was born and raised in Southern California. Mr. Paris received his undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and law degree from Western State University in Fullerton, California. Following a clerkship for Judge, Kenneth Gale in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Mr. Paris began practicing law and representing individuals who need an advocate on their behalf. Mr. Paris is the proud father of two wonderful children.
