Biography
Arash Ghadooshahy is a founding partner of Kay Ghad LLP. Arash obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University, where he graduated in the top-third of his class and was on the Dean’s honor list. During his time in law school, Arash had the opportunity to gain hands on legal experience by interning for litigation focused law firms, media companies, and for Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Lippitt. Prior to law school, Arash was able to gain real estate development experience by working in a family business which focused on the acquisition, development and management of gas service stations across California.
After law school and prior to founding Kay Ghad LLP, Arash practiced real estate litigation at a hard-hitting award-winning boutique real estate law firm in Century City, and as in-house corporate counsel to the publicly traded global commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK).
