Go To Person for Dependency Cases

Pam is my go-to person when I am asked for a referral to a dependency lawyer in Los Angeles County. She does excellent and effective work both in the juvenile court and the court of appeal.

Incredible Attorney

Pam is an incredible advocate for children in the foster care system. With her stellar reputation, professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail, we have been able to maintain placement of our foster son and have been named prospective adoptive parents. The judge was clear that Pam’s articulate... briefs and citation of case law gave him much needed guidance to make his decisions. Above and beyond her legal expertise, Pam has provided us encouragement and support throughout the process that any foster parent or birth relative would find invaluable. I would highly recommend Pam.

Great Lawyer

Pamela started working on my case towards the end of it when it seemed as if there was little to do and very few resources were available to me. She began working with me during the week of Christmas and also worked on New Years Eve. She filed motions I had no idea where available and she did this du...ring the holidays. In less than a month of her being on my case it was completely turned around. My son had been removed from my care following false allegations, and after all of them had been proven false, I was still only given visitation which was not being adhered to. She came in and now I have custody of my son. She has great strategies and is very knowledgeable about the court environment. She made the difference in my case and I am very greatfull to have her.

Foster parents in need

We were referred to Pam in our time of need. She is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Being a foster parent can be challenging, but having an attorney like Pam enables us to be assertive and diligent throughout this process. She has been heaven sent!

Highly recommend

I asked for Pam's help to win a tough juvenile case against DCFS. Pam is a highly qualified, knowledgeable and very conscientious attorney. She will fight very hard for you and your rights. Needless to say, I won the case. Pam is the one you hire when you want the best!
