I hired Elyse Margolin for a case that was scheduled for court. Two days before the hearing, she abruptly withdrew from the case, leaving me without representation at a critical time. After quitting, she charged me for additional services I don't believe were justified, especially given the sudden dr...op. This experience caused a lot of stress and financial strain. I would not recommend this attorney based on my experience.

Avoid at all costs. Hiring Ms. Margolin was the biggest mistake I made during my divorce. I ended up with far less than I should have, and now I’m stuck dealing with the consequences. I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer to anyone — if you’re going through something as important as a divorce, find someone who actually cares.
