Exceeded our expectations

I can not say enough about the impact Pamela has had on our family. We are foster parents who wanted very badly to adopt the little girl we have been fostering for nearly two years. Despite being the only family she has known, DCFS was determined to place her with distant relatives with whom our daug...hter had never met. We had navigated the system as best we could but it was clear we needed a professional to advocate on our family’s behalf. Pamela came highly recommended and with good reason. From our first conversation she put us at ease with her frankness and obvious knowledge of her craft. Mind you, this was all happening during the pandemic so we still to this date have not had the opportunity to meet her in person. Nonetheless, she instilled confidence, gave us peace of mind, and patiently guided us through every step of the process. She gave us hope when hope was due and managed our expectations when appropriate. All of that said, it is Pamela’s knowledge of the law, understanding of the children’s court system, and skill as a jurist that made her a truly exceptional choice for our family law needs. She guided us through several virtual hearings and skillfully made our case to the court. Ultimately she was successful in convincing the judge that our daughter should remain with us and we are now working through the process towards adoption. Pamela’s role in the story of how our family came to be can not be overstated. She is talented, caring, and tenacious and we could not recommend her more highly.

The Absolute Best in the Practice of Child Dependency Law

If you are seeking top results regarding any facet of Child Dependency, DCFS, or you have been falsely accused of any form of child abuse or child sexual abuse; I highly recommend without hesitation or that you hire Attorney Pamela Rae Tripp to represent you. As you read this you may not be very fa...miliar with the Dependency Court System or maybe even Family Law. You must be sure that you have an attorney who is experienced in order to successfully navigate the legalities of this court on your behalf. It is even more important that you have an experienced attorney if you have been wrongfully accused of any type of abuse (physical/sexual/emotional) that you did not do to a child. I was accused multiple times by the mother of my own children of sexual abuse in an attempt of stopping me from trying to gain custody of my toddler- aged children and from having a relationship with my children. As a father, I could not believe that a mother would do anything like this, especially to her own children, but in my instance it happened several times. As soon as I was found innocent in one trial, I was accused again, and again, and again by the mother. Attorney Tripp fought hard for me. After not being able to see my children for months, Attorney Tripp had the court to enforce my visitation because the mother refused to follow the court order and deny my legal rights to see my children. This attorney's performance in every trial and appearance before the court is stellar. Attorney Tripp is always prepared to represent her clients. She knows the law backwards and forwards. Ms. Tripp is on point in every situation of my defense. Ms. Tripp presents herself with authority and clarity of all issues before the court. She will help you every step of the way in your matter and in most cases goes above and beyond for her clients. After several trials of being wrongfully accused by the mother of my children of committing horrid acts of sexual molestation against my own children, Pamela Rae Tripp represented me, never doubted my innocence, won in each trial, and I was awarded full custody of my children. If you value your children, your life, your God-given right to be a father to your children, and your reputation, you need to call lawyer Pamela Rae Tripp NOW!

Great Lawyer

Pamela started working on my case towards the end of it when it seemed as if there was little to do and very few resources were available to me. She began working with me during the week of Christmas and also worked on New Years Eve. She filed motions I had no idea where available and she did this du...ring the holidays. In less than a month of her being on my case it was completely turned around. My son had been removed from my care following false allegations, and after all of them had been proven false, I was still only given visitation which was not being adhered to. She came in and now I have custody of my son. She has great strategies and is very knowledgeable about the court environment. She made the difference in my case and I am very greatfull to have her.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"Pamela is well versed in Juvenile Dependency law. In fact, I would go so far as to say that she is an expert. I have been privately retained to represent foster-adopt, aka, de facto parents, at the Edelman courthouse in Monterey Park, CA. Whenever I've had a question, I have consulted with Pam. She has always been there to respond to my questions, and she gets back to me in a timely manner. Pamala is very giving of herself and her time to her colleagues. Those are qualities one looks for in a lawyer. She is compassionate about her work and she is dedicated to her clients. She strives to get them the best possible result. I would not hesitate to recommend her to a foster parent, legal guardian, or any other party who is seeking representation in a juvenile dependency matter."
