Donald Salvatore Desimone

I hired Donald Desimone to represent me in a divorce and custody case. Although the initial consultation impressed me, I found him to be unprepared for our hearings. He was always too busy to have conversations with me. He uses a receptionist to convey information to clients, and she has no knowledge... of the law. This caused much confusion, as she would give me incorrect information on upcoming hearings that could severely affect the outcome. Also, there would be no preparatory meetings prior to any of our hearings to review strategy or anything else. I wouldn't see him until we were both at the courthouse, and I'd have to go over everything with him to remind him of the details of my case. This was very frustrating and stressful.
