Steven Christopher Sapera

I've hired Sapera as my WC Attorney since Jan 2013 and its been very frustrating and painful because they don't call me with updates. They do send me copies of everything but 2 yrs into this, my body is only getting worse. Ive gotten arthritis now thanks to my untreated heel injury sustained at work.... They don't push for surgery and they send me to this old doctor who just refers my to pain specialists and a foot specialist all the way out of my way which I cant even drive too cuz of my carpal tunnel. I have expressed this to lawyer for a year and they haven't changed my doctor. I am left with very little options. If it wasn't for my faith I would have given up my life by now. They are very umcompassionate and unprofessional.

Just recently Mr. Sapera took my case and has been helping me through these ordeal. There has been constant communication through my case by his staff and Mr. Sapera. Keeping me updated with details or with answers of concerns of mine. I feel confident and comfortable that he is representing me in co...urt. His staff are a delight.

For over 10 months the insurance company that was handling my work injury, gave me the runaround. I did not know what to do and a friend of mine who knew Steve Sapera before and was very happy with him, recommended me his office. I called and immediately scheduled an appointment to see Steve. It was ...very easy and we met personally at his office, free of charge! He explained to me the whole process in CLEAR terms and made me feel at ease. He then contacted the insurance company and made sure they knew that he was representing me and they had to start paying me my disability payments immediately. He also sent me to an orthopedic specialist doctor, who treated me and made sure I received the therapies I needed. Steve's office has a great calendaring system where you can set up a telephone conference with Steve personally on Fridays, if you like. He was always available for me and made me feel very happy in the way the he fought for my case. I will refer him to any friends that have any legal issues like this without hesitation!

I entered a workers compensation case nightmare and tried to handle my case on my own. I tried everything from contacting the insurance person and writing the letters but had no luck in their response to me. I've been hired Steve and everything after was taken care of. The insurance company tried not... to accept liability for my case but Steve forced them through trial. He also got money sent to me from the insurance after they said they would not. I am very, very satisfied with the way that Steve and his staff handled my case. They kept me in touch and make sure that I knew exactly what was going on. I read the other reviews from many years ago and they don't make sense in comparisons to what my experience was with Steve. I highly recommend this law firm to handle your workers compensation case.

I became a client after I was rear ended while at a complete stop and received some medical treatment, from a Chiropractor. After leaving the case alone for almost 2 years with no update, or follow up... I began to receive debt collector calls from the Doctor. The insurance company, per usual, refus...ed the medical bills. Mr. Sapera was completely unreachable and did not submit any paperwork OR make any calls on my behalf to attempt to get my insurance company to pay, simply for the medical bills: the statute of limitations closed on my accident and I am stuck with the FULL medical bill for an accident of which I had zero liability. I was told by the debt collector (over 30 years experience) AND another attorney that they had never heard of a lawyer being so incapable that they do not get hand delivered all of my paperwork and the other drivers paperwork to Mr. Sapera's office, only to have him tell me he never received it once it was too late. Mr. Sapera is completely unresponsive and did nothing to help me when I was a client.
