Frustrated and in Pain
I've hired Sapera as my WC Attorney since Jan 2013 and its been very frustrating and painful because they don't call me with updates. They do send me copies of everything but 2 yrs into this, my body is only getting worse. Ive gotten arthritis now thanks to my untreated heel injury sustained at work...
