Steven Christopher Sapera

For over 10 months the insurance company that was handling my work injury, gave me the runaround. I did not know what to do and a friend of mine who knew Steve Sapera before and was very happy with him, recommended me his office. I called and immediately scheduled an appointment to see Steve. It was ...very easy and we met personally at his office, free of charge! He explained to me the whole process in CLEAR terms and made me feel at ease. He then contacted the insurance company and made sure they knew that he was representing me and they had to start paying me my disability payments immediately. He also sent me to an orthopedic specialist doctor, who treated me and made sure I received the therapies I needed. Steve's office has a great calendaring system where you can set up a telephone conference with Steve personally on Fridays, if you like. He was always available for me and made me feel very happy in the way the he fought for my case. I will refer him to any friends that have any legal issues like this without hesitation!

I became a client after I was rear ended while at a complete stop and received some medical treatment, from a Chiropractor. After leaving the case alone for almost 2 years with no update, or follow up... I began to receive debt collector calls from the Doctor. The insurance company, per usual, refus...ed the medical bills. Mr. Sapera was completely unreachable and did not submit any paperwork OR make any calls on my behalf to attempt to get my insurance company to pay, simply for the medical bills: the statute of limitations closed on my accident and I am stuck with the FULL medical bill for an accident of which I had zero liability. I was told by the debt collector (over 30 years experience) AND another attorney that they had never heard of a lawyer being so incapable that they do not get hand delivered all of my paperwork and the other drivers paperwork to Mr. Sapera's office, only to have him tell me he never received it once it was too late. Mr. Sapera is completely unresponsive and did nothing to help me when I was a client.

I an currently a client, I am never given any information about my case, and every time I call, there is a different person handling my case, and when asked what's my status I dont get a response,and the doctors they send you to are in run down, poorly kept offices,I'm afraid to see the outcome and I... am currently seeking another attorney,I rate the attorney poor as far as keeping their clients informed

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. TRYING TO GET A RESPONSE OR A RETURN CALL WAS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE. THE OUTCOME WAS HORRIBLE. THE DAY OF TRIAL THEY HAD THE WRONG PAPERWORK FOR MY CASE. TWO DAYS PRIOR TO THE TRIAL THE ATTORNEY RELIAZED IT WAS NOT A WORKERS COMP. CASE IT SHOULD OF BEEN FILLED AS A CUMULITVE TR...AMA CASE. LIKE I SAID IT WAS A TERRIBLR EXPERIENCE. THE DAY OF TRIAL MY ATTORNEY SAID "I DONT THINK WE HAVE A SOLID CASE'" YOU SHOULD TAKE WHAT THEY OFFER AND CALL IT A DAY. THE ATTORNEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW I WAS NO LONGER SEEING HIS DOCTORS HE ASSUMED I WAS STILL ATTENDING THE APPOINTMENTS SO THE DAY OF TRIAL HE DID NOT EVEN HAVE A FINAL REPORT FROM THE MAIN DOCTOR.
