Shep Alan Zebberman

BE AWARE!!! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW OFFICE IF YOU NEED A POSITIVE OUTCOME. I thought Shep would be good for my daughter's Juvenile dependency case but Shep has done nothing to help my daughter get her children back from CPS. Shep was paid good money up front and he hasn't even provided my daughte...r with CPS reports, minute orders etc. Shep was aware that the judge has been violating the mother's due process by not holding the jurisdiction/disposition hearing (timely) which is a statutory hearing should be conducted within 30-60 days of detention. The kids have been detained for one year now and mother can't even appeal yet. Shep has done nothing to help my daughter or give advice. Shep just just agrees with CPS so apparently Shep is on their side and not our side. My youngest granddaughter (poor baby) was abused severly by the foster family that CPS placed her with and then tried to hide it, CPS is currently under investigation but the damage is done. CPS is a machine they will chew you up and spit you out. My poor grandbaby has been in the hospital for over a month she has had surgery on her head etc. from the abuse she has sustained from the foster mom and her boyfriend who never passed a criminal background check but CPS and the juvenile court allowed my grandbaby to stay in the same home even after becoming aware that they did not qualify. I am just devastated. CPS has not accessed me or the aunt for placement and it's a court order. Shep is aware of all of it all. Shep doesn't respond to emails any more from the mother like he did before he was hired. I have numerous complaints but I'm not going to leave a long message because that doesn't matter right now. What matters is getting my basic information out to the public so you don't loose all your money like I just did. Shep doesn't practice what he preaches since his web site does say "EXCELLENT REPRENSENTATION" so far I have not seen anything excellent about this office. Do not hire this law office unless you want to loose your money, your kids and possibly your life. I am just devastated and heartbroken for what the government has done to my family and grandchildren as well as others and these poor kids. Most attorney's are corrupt too the appointed ones and hired ones. there in it for the $$$ because it's sure not about the best interest. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... TRUST ME.

Mr. Zepperman was kind in calling me back, a second time (I had spoken with him a little over a week ago, as well) and he was kind enough to answer some questions I had, this time as well. As parents who love our children we call many attornies and people in general regarding this court case. I can s...ay that Mr. Zepperman was patient and kind. In addition, he has great experience in this area of the courts. We hope to hire him soon and I would recommend you do as well. He deserves this recommendation with his experience, but mostly because he is a kind man.

I had false allegations of molestation dismissed against me without trial. I was wrongfully accused by a family members of molesting my son which I would never do. My bail was over a million dollars and I was not able to make bail and had been in jail for approximately 2 months when Mr. Zebberman ...took over my case. Mr. Zebberman quickly prepared the case during the preliminary hearing he was able to disprove the count against me which carried life in prison. Shortly thereafter the sexual molestation allegations were dismissed and I was released from jail. I was free and it felt so good. Mr. Zebberman prepared the case for trial but before the case went to trial the sex allegations were dismissed. Mr. Zebberman always made himself available to me. And believed in me which gave me the emotional support that I really needed during a very difficult time in my life. Mr. Zebberman was a life saver.
