Proven litigator
When I met Shep almost 2 years ago my daughter had been removed by cps. Shep not only listed to my story but was flexible w his fee since I was raising a considerable amount of cash in a short amount of time. The outcome was the ideal resolution, and I truly appreciate and thank him.

DO NOT TRUST THIS JUVENILE DEPENDENCY ATTORNEY
BE AWARE!!! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW OFFICE IF YOU NEED A POSITIVE OUTCOME. I thought Shep would be good for my daughter's Juvenile dependency case but Shep has done nothing to help my daughter get her children back from CPS. Shep was paid good money up front and he hasn't even provided my daughte...
• This was not the client that wrote the review as is evident from the review. I am limited by attorney client privilege and rules of professional conduct as to what I can say as I am still representing the actual client. The writer of the review became upset when I informed her that the law does not permit me to disclose to her certain information she was requesting. We came in to this case after the adjudication (trial). In a short period of time we successfully modified existing visitation orders to our client’s benefit. We are still diligently working on the case and expect to get the best result possible for the actual client. I am working hard on this case as I do on all my cases to achieve the most favorable outcome.

My case was very complicated and looked hopeless in the beginning. Shep’s extensive knowledge and experience in dependency court helped me navigate a very broken, dishonest and confusing system. He has a flat fee from the beginning to the end of the case which was very different from all the other at...
