I had a great experience working with Brian and team during my case. Towards the end of the process, I was scheduled for a deposition with the defense and I felt well prepared by Brian and team prior to that event. One thing that could be improved is the communication throughout the process. I wouldn...'t hear from the office for many months. My case took 3 years to finalize so having some type of communication during the process (even if it's just to say that it's moving, or how long a certain step could take, etc) really helps so that we know what to expect. Overall I'm happy to have worked with Brian and very happy with the outcome on my case!!

When we discovered that we had bed bugs and our landlord was not very helpful, we didn't know who could help us get justice. Brian accepted our bed bug case against the landlord and brought it to a grand finale of winning a major award in court ($3.5 million for all plaintiffs). The process took over... 5 years, but throughout he doggedly pursued it, communicated the progress to us and helped reduce our anxiety of appearing for depositions and to testify in court.
