The percentage he charges is ridiculous. The paperwork he does is “sneaky” because he hides the fees and will look for any way to charge the client more money. With our case, he filed an additional lawsuit for only his benefit. When I asked, he said payout is 100% for him even thou he used our laws...uit to file his own. The doctor he hires does not perform in trial yet also,charges premium rates. The judge said the doctor used a “ copy and paste” method which is very ineffective in trial. My conclusion is he is in it for himself. No matter what he said, his actions proved otherwise. Typical gold digger lawyer. One of his secretaries (Jennifer) even walked out on him during my time there as a client. My settle out of court offer (10k) ended up being higher than what he got me after trial after 6 years of hell.

I had a great experience working with Brian and team during my case. Towards the end of the process, I was scheduled for a deposition with the defense and I felt well prepared by Brian and team prior to that event. One thing that could be improved is the communication throughout the process. I wouldn...'t hear from the office for many months. My case took 3 years to finalize so having some type of communication during the process (even if it's just to say that it's moving, or how long a certain step could take, etc) really helps so that we know what to expect. Overall I'm happy to have worked with Brian and very happy with the outcome on my case!!

When we discovered that we had bed bugs and our landlord was not very helpful, we didn't know who could help us get justice. Brian accepted our bed bug case against the landlord and brought it to a grand finale of winning a major award in court ($3.5 million for all plaintiffs). The process took over... 5 years, but throughout he doggedly pursued it, communicated the progress to us and helped reduce our anxiety of appearing for depositions and to testify in court. Not only does he have an amazing memory and skill, he was passionate about the cause and truly helped us to have closure. His office staff were very nice when we talked with them on the phone or met them in person. I cannot recommend Brian highly enough. He delivered justice in a big way for us, against a giant landlord, their insurance company, an impressive law firm and hired expert witnesses. It was a pleasure to watch Brian destroy their excuses in front of the judge and jury. He is a #1 Beg Bug Laywer!
