Bradley Stuart Wallace

Bradley Wallace is a trial lawyer and founder of the Law Offices of Bradley S. Wallace, PC. He has devoted his career to helping victims pursue and achieve justice through the legal system. At a young age, Bradley has accomplished significant achievements in the practice of law, both in and out of the courtroom. He has compassion for his clients and uses that to fuel his passion to achieve the best result on their behalf. He has devoted his professional life to the craft of trial work and continually pushes himself to become a better trial lawyer every day. After working his way through college at Pepperdine University, in Malibu, CA, and law school at California Western School of Law, in San Diego, CA, he began his career representing plaintiffs who had suffered serious injuries. Since that time, he has never stopped.

In his legal career, he has already achieved a great deal. Mr. Wallace is recognized by The National Trial Lawyers for the prestigious honor of “Top 40 Under 40”, which honors the top trial lawyers in the country under the age of 40. Mr. Wallace was also named, by the American Academy of Trial Attorneys, as a “Premier 100 Trial Attorney.” The attorneys selected as “Premier 100 Trial Attorneys” by AATA have been recognized by the bench and bar as leading Trial Attorneys in the United States. Of the 1.2 million attorneys currently active in the U.S., less than 1% are selected to receive the AATA “Premier 100” designation. Mr. Wallace was recently honored by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys as one of the “10 Best Attorneys in Southern California for 2015.” Mr. Wallace was also selected, for the third straight year, by Super Lawyers Magazine as a “2015 Southern California Rising Star.” This is an extremely prestigious honor, as no more than 2.5% of attorneys in California are named to this list. Mr. Wallace is a “Life Member” of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and was recently named by Rue Ratings’s Best Attorneys as a “Lifetime Charter Member.” In 2015, Mr. Wallace, as lead trial counsel, obtained a $2.7 million dollar verdict in a complex regional pain syndrome case and a $619,000 jury verdict in a legal malpractice and fraud case. In 2012, Mr. Wallace obtained a $3.6 million dollar jury verdict, on behalf of his client, in a wrongful death case. For that verdict, Mr. Wallace was recognized in The Recorder’s “California’s Million Dollar Verdicts” for having the 38th largest injury verdict in California. Since 2010, Mr. Wallace has tried to verdict or settled cases totaling over $30,000,. The results speak for themselves.

Bradley Wallace is licensed to practice law in state and federal court in both California and Nevada. When he is not in the courtroom, Bradley enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons. You can often find them at Dodger Stadium or Staples Center, rooting for the Lakers.
