I had the pleasure of speaking with Alan and immediately he came off as someone who has a lot of experience. Mr. Baum represented by husband and myself in 1976 for the murder of a police officer in which we were cleared of this crime by a summary trial. Darrell was imprisoned for I think a year and I was arrested and put in jail for 3 days and fired from my Los Angeles County job for murder of Police Office...r. This incident happened in our home that Darrell and I were buying, on his GI Bill Darrell was not working at the time but I worked and paid all the bills with my count job, this was reported on Television and newspaper which stigmatized us. I was fired and could not even collect umemployement and I had to pay attorney fees, the mortgage and take dare of two small children and myself. I would like to n o why I was not informed about the suit and court date for my civil suit swc40778, assault & battery, false imprisonment,emotional stress,wrongful termination, stigmatized, etc.I would like all my money paid back to me that I paid attorney and that was lost by his failure to infor me of my civil suit and the the cause of me losing my home.
