I am very happy for my recent Eb1A petition approval within 6 days without RFE. I went through at least 11 immigration attorneys, they evaluated my case and most of them told me that you have 40 to 60% chance and many of them are not ready to take my case, they are just focusing only on citation coun...t, and not on other criteria, even though I provided evidence for 8 criteria. But, when I contacted Law Offices of Shawn Sedaghat and shared my profile, which was evaluated throughly by Jason Parker Johnson, he showed very high confidence and told me that my case was even unlikely to receive RFE. EB1 CASE My experience with the Law Offices of Shawn Sedaghat was awful. They pretend being so ‎professional and experienced in EB1 cases, but they don’t know enough. If you want to ruin your ‎credit at USCIS, this attorney office is the best. ‎ THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR CREDIT AT USCIS.‎ ... After a denial in my permanent residency case and after so many requests, he finally sent me the ‎petition he had written. You cannot believe how badly and unprofessionally it was written. A high ‎school student could write a better petition.‎ I can say working with this lawyer was the worst experience I have had in the US. I just wasted my ‎money and put a denial in my permanent residency file at USCIS.‎ NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!‎
