I had a zoom call with Mr. Sedaghat at first and the rest was just perfect! With that said let me thank the team for the great job they have done so far with great results... I have filed a petition (MYSELF) to bring my fiance here but received a letter from immigration to provide some documents! ...So,,, I talked to Mr Sedaghat about it and agreed for them to take over as the letter was very confusing! Tell you the truth, I had reservation to give my case to an Iranian firm as I never had a good experience in past 40 years in this country with them!!! BUT, I have been wrong!!! The staff are extremely professional and helpful... I would like to thank them for all the hard work they have done for my fiancé's K1 visa! I have been working with Isan from the beginning, I can say for certain that Isan has been extremely professional, instrumental to get everything together on time and her responsiveness is second to none! It is refreshing to see how much she cares for others and her work... As I mentioned I have been in this country for over 40 years and have never experienced working with any Iranian owned organization without having major issues! Mostly being responsive and on time! Again, thank you Mr. Sedaghat and a BIG thank to Isan for the awesome job you guys have done for us! My Fiance also is sending her thanks and appreciations to you! THIS LAW FIRM IS DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!

I wish I could give him -100. He ruined my life for 6 years due to his negligence and incompetency. It will be a 10 paragraph review if I explain everything. This guy is the absolute worst. He does not care about his clients the slightest. After destroying my EB green card case, he told me that I hav...e no choice but to seek asylum to stay in the U.S. Thanks God I realized he says that just to put me in a situation to charge me more for years. Thankfully I made the best decision and fired him, and hired another attorney, and finally got my green card. I heard a lot of bad things about him from others since, no idea how he get some good reviews. Long story short run from him, he’s just a scam who knows how to talk nicely.

I have to find a way to continue different chapter of my Life. After long search I found a great attorney for EB-1. He was not only professional but also very respectful, kind and helpful right from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Shawn Attorney considering my point of view. I had no ...issues. This is my personal experience and should be taken as the opinion of a dissatisfied customer. It is neither libel, nor slander - it is simply free speech and my honest experience/opinion. I hired Mr. Shawn Sedaghat back in April of 2012. Upon our agreement/contract, he would appear with me to the... court hearings and request to close the case due to extreme hardship. Throughout the time, i paid for all applicable applications necessary to seek employment and stay compliant with USCIS laws/regulations. Mr. Sedaghats paralegal, Hilda, was my main POC. I did not discuss my case with Attorney Sedaghat unless it was to discuss extensions of our contract OR the week of the court hearing. My case was extended multiple times due to preparation/review of my file, lack of documentation from the DA, and other legal reasons/excuses that caused a delay. With each appearance, I was charged. As a middle-class worker raising a family of 3, extensions/delays were emptying our family's pockets. The service and assistance provided by his paralegal was poor and hard to overlook overtime. Contact was always made monthly to request for payments; however, no updates were provided regarding my case. As a client, my confidence in my attorney and his staff began to crumble. Weeks before each court hearing, the same correspondence was being requested again & again by his paralegal, resulting in my frustration. Majority of my questions & concerns were forwarded to voicemail and days would pass before I received a call back. Most of the time, my questions & concerns regarding my case were redirected for me to contact USCIS myself, or rely on promises of an update by his paralegal. It would be days before I would get a reply or sometimes not at all. Towards the closing of our client/attorney relationship, tones and terms began to change. Some of my requests made to his staff such as no late calls after 9:00pm, or phone calls from private numbers, were considered as unreasonable. His staff became unpleasant upon contact and were unhelpful during stressful situations. Communication with my attorney became combative and he was unwilling to resolve my concerns in the proper handling of my case/file. After 4 ½ years, he was terminated as my attorney in late 2016. As a former client, I have wasted time, effort, and tons of money for substandard services. I would NEVER recommend his services to anyone & will be filling a complaint with The State Bar of California.
