Proficient immigration lawyer
My EB1A got approved within a week. Working with the Law Offices of Shawn Sedaghat has been a pleasure over the two months of preparation. All of my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Documents were completed on time or ahead of schedule. I'd want to thank Jason in particular for a job well done. He handled my matter quite well. I felt safe conversing with him. Throughout this process, Jason has been extremely professional and attentive to my needs. To my utmost delight, he immediately addressed my every inquiry and worry. High Professionalism, Highly Expert, Highly Responsive
I am very happy for my recent Eb1A petition approval within 6 days without RFE. I went through at least 11 immigration attorneys, they evaluated my case and most of them told me that you have 40 to 60% chance and many of them are not ready to take my case, they are just focusing only on citation count, and not on other criteria, even though I provided evidence for 8 criteria. But, when I contacted Law Offices of Shawn Sedaghat and shared my profile, which was evaluated throughly by Jason Parker Johnson, he showed very high confidence and told me that my case was even unlikely to receive RFE. I am thoroughly impressed by Jason's professionalism and attention-to-detail in my case. He was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns to my specific situation. Even when he was suffering from Covid-19, he was always responsive within 1-2 hours when I sent him any queries. A big thanks to Law Offices of Shawn Sedaghat and a special shout out to my attorney who handled my case "Jason Parker Johnson" who made it possible to get approval within 6 days without RFE. Keep in mind that while choosing Attorney, observe and only consider the confidence of your attorney in your case. If your attorney is highly confident, then rest will be history.
