He has toured world-wide and has performed with an impressive list of recording artist such as, The Temptations, The Four Tops, Martha Reeves, Chuck Berry, The 5th Dimension, Ice-T and Bodycount, Johnny Rotten, Cyndi Lauper, Elvira, Rosmary Clooney, Les McCann, Boyz II Men, Sam Harris, Nell Carter, Jason Alexander. Hayes was raised in Austin, Texas and studied jazz composition and performance at the University of North Texas. He later received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Industry Studies from California State University Northridge and his law degree from The University of West Los Angeles School of law.

Worst Experience Otis Hays Bad Representation !!
I was shocked at the way I was represented. Basically the unrepresented defendant put up a better and strong argument then me taking this guy to court.
