Biography

Since 1979, the Law Offices of David M. Kramer has developed a specialized practice dedicated to the area of immigration, nationality and consular law. The firm has over three decades of experience with employment-based immigration and temporary work visas, as well as family-based immigration.

Mr. Kramer was among one of the first lawyers to be approved by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Immigration Law. He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Immigration Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Since 1995, Martindale-Hubbell, one of the foremost sources of information about members of the legal community, has awarded Mr. Kramer an AV rating. The AV rating is Martindale-Hubbell's highest possible rating, reflecting the highest standards in legal expertise and professional ethics and conduct.

David as the best Immigration Attorney Ever

I am extremely happy to write a review for David Kramer for his exceptionally great qualities as an immigration attorney. I will strongly recommend him to any applicant going through difficult Immigration –related issues. Your chances of a success are very high with David! Personally, I came to t...he US as a student on a J-1 visa that carries a strict requirement of a 2-yr residency in your country of origin before you become eligible to apply for Green Card. On the first thought, I decided to apply for a waiver. Although, I have successfully obtained a waiver of the 2-yr home residency requirement from my home country in Africa, my application was denied anyway. I contacted three different attorneys for advice but they were unanimous in their advice to return to my country – they would tell me “James, your case is a difficult one that would cost you a lot of money in fees etc but we cannot even assure you that you will get the Green Card in the end”. Sounds familiar? Yes. Just then a friend who was very satisfied with the supports he got from David to get his Green card gave me the contact details of David Kramer Law. I am happy I did make that “one call” and Guess what, He got the job done! David has successfully obtained the Green Card for me and my family. Most importantly, David was able to secure a waiver of the 2-yr residency for one of my daughters who was unable to fulfill the home residency requirement at the time of the interview. He took only two months to get my daughter out of this requirement to the delight of the family. Even when the poor girl was about to age-out of the application process before the scheduled interview date for the family, David was able to contact the Consulate in my home country, directly, to expedite action on the application. Consequently, we got interviewed earlier than scheduled. I will strongly recommend Mr Kramer to applicants going through difficult Immigration –related issues. His services are outstanding!

The best work of David Kramer, Proud client

i was 21 and almost aged out to qualify as a dependent on my families immigration status. i had to fulfill 2 years home residency out of the US but with the help of David Kramer, i got a waiver of the home residency. within 3 weeks of the application my waiver was expedited so i could still be eligi...ble as a dependent. within a week after the notice, my whole family got an interview thanks to David with his expertise. and my waiver was approved a day before the interview. in the real situation, it takes 4 months to be approved but with the help and hard work of David Kramer, mine took a month. right now my family and i have our visas and i came back to the US and i have my permanent residency thanks to David who updated me step by step during the process. with his good work, i can finally pursue my degree in pharmacy. he is the best immigration lawyer there is.

Very professional, fast, accurate and friendly!

David helped both my wife and I this month. Actually he was the one helped us 20 years ago to get green card and remembered how professional he was and also very nice person. The Best Immigration Attorney in Los Angeles metropolitan area

David was referred to my by a friend and i am thank full to my friend for that. David is friendly,organized, professional, subject matter expert, economical and add to that his charming personality. Plus he has an amazing, wonderfull and friendly staff working for him. The team at David's office... ensures that you are important and they leave no stone unturned to help you out. My advice to all out there looking for Attorney regarding immigration needs "look no further". We can never forget how he confronted with immigration officer over his lack of subject knowledge, and the argument he presented ensured our case approval and educated the immigration officer on the subject. We are thank full to David and his team for there servcies and would recommend them to all my friends and family looking for immigration attorney.

professional, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly

I have used David for more than 10 years in order to obtain 3 different work visas, a handful of extensions (including little-practiced cases like H-1B recapture) and a green card. I always had not only excellent results (ie premium-processed extensions in less than a week) but also peace of mind. I ...felt confident about David's skills and the fact that he would represent my cases in the best possible light. This is extremely important because the immigration processes can be lengthy and the last thing you want is lack of trust in the attorney. Well David deserves 100% of my trust and over the years I have recommended him to numerous friends (who also had only positive things to say about him). I consider him one of the best immigration attorneys and also a very pleasant & friendly person that makes immigration dealings as pleasant as they can get!
