Biography

Since 1979, the Law Offices of David M. Kramer has developed a specialized practice dedicated to the area of immigration, nationality and consular law. The firm has over three decades of experience with employment-based immigration and temporary work visas, as well as family-based immigration.

Mr. Kramer was among one of the first lawyers to be approved by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Immigration Law. He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Immigration Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Since 1995, Martindale-Hubbell, one of the foremost sources of information about members of the legal community, has awarded Mr. Kramer an AV rating. The AV rating is Martindale-Hubbell's highest possible rating, reflecting the highest standards in legal expertise and professional ethics and conduct.

In addition, David M. Kramer is listed in the Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers. The only attorney we met, and the only attorney you can trust!

When we sit donw with him for the first time, our instinct told "he's the one." Although appointmens with several other attorneys were already set up for initial consultation, we cannceled all and decided to go with him. And guess what, it was the best decision we have ever made. Our entire proces...s took only about four months including a month of documentation preparation on our side before submitting actual applications. We had several back and force to correct information during these periods, but all were smoothly and professionaly handled with absolutely stress and pain free. Not to forget to mention, he has wonderful associates, Mary and Meagan, too. All three established a great team Kramer. Now I have the actual green card on my hand, I do miss them since our case was cloded now , and we won't see them at least for a while..... If you are looking for a good or even best and trust-worthy immigration attorney, we highly and proudly recommend him. FYI our case was the adjustment of status based on same sex marriage.

very encouraging and knowledgeable attorney

David Kramer was very generous with his time as he started helping me prior to formal paid agreement, and it was not just an introductory interview, but actual advising during which he has come up with a strategy that wasn’t obvious to me in advance. I found his accessibility, honesty, encouragement..., and professional conduct to be superior in comparison to many other attorneys. After discussing with him a few important aspects of applicable to me immigration procedures, I was able to come to a positive decision helping in making further process. For all these reasons, I highly recommend David.

Excellent and most affordable immigration attorney

My husband and I had to apply for adjustment of status. Prior to visiting with Mr. Kramer we met five other immigration attorneys. Mr. Kramer was by far the most trustworthy and affordable of all of them. We had a great experience. He kept it simple and after only a few month I was approved for perma...nent residency. He even saw us after hours as my husband is full time employed and I was not mobile yet. We suggest Mr.Kramer to everybody who needs immigration services.

Excellent and Clear Immigration Service

David assisted me in applying for the NIW process. He has well developed resources and a clearly laid out process to guide the applicant through the multi-step process. He provided ready advice and clarifications along the way. His communication was clear and straightforward. David took care of t...he actual filing of the paperwork and kept me informed of where we were and what implications or concerns I should watch out for along the way. He also watchfully and proactively contacted me to rush the application through before a deadline which was unexpectedly announced by USCIS. David's post-application support and response to incidental questions is gracious and thorough.
