Biography

Since 1979, the Law Offices of David M. Kramer has developed a specialized practice dedicated to the area of immigration, nationality and consular law. The firm has over three decades of experience with employment-based immigration and temporary work visas, as well as family-based immigration.

Mr. Kramer was among one of the first lawyers to be approved by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Immigration Law. He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Immigration Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Since 1995, Martindale-Hubbell, one of the foremost sources of information about members of the legal community, has awarded Mr. Kramer an AV rating. The AV rating is Martindale-Hubbell's highest possible rating, reflecting the highest standards in legal expertise and professional ethics and conduct.

In addition, David M. Kramer is listed in the Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers. The best of the best - He made it again!

Working with Mr. Kramer and his team was such pleasure and honored. It was the second time to have him represent our case, removal of conditional this time. With all respects, everything went so smoothly and we got 10 year card in reasonable time frame. After ending the process, we are surely mi...ssing him. If you have any immigration issues needed to be resolved, Mr. Kramer is the only one you can trust in California, or even in the US.

The no. 1 immigration attorney....

David is an incredible immigration attorney!!! My situation was really tough,there were issues where many lawyers put their feet down but David took up my case helped me understand the process and fraught jealously.He is very professional and do things beyond expectation. Our family is indebted to ...him for his great help. He is very knowledgable and empathetic, what else a nonimmigrant family need while hiring an attorney.

Excellent Immigration Lawyer

Excellent, if your life is in an attorney's hands, this is the one!

Right from the consultation I knew this was the right lawyer, he knew the law like the back of his hand, even from 1991, which was important for my case. knew what needed to be done and move forward to achieve our goals! All the lawyers I consulted with in the San Francisco Bay Area said it wasn't po...ssible for me to qualify for a greencard, but after filing with mr. Kramer, it only took 3 months to receive the greencard, less than a week after my interview. I am eternally grateful to mr. Kramer, and advise anyone with complicated issues in the Bay Area to give mr. Kramer a chance, he will be truthful and not let you down.
