My practice is devoted to advancing the educational rights of students with disabilities throughout California. My primary areas of focus are special education due process and civil rights matters. I have also won tens of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for students who have been harmed or abused while on campus.

Great experience (as much as one could have in this IEP process)
I found David to be very responsive, helpful, reasonable, and appropriately assertive. I sought him out especially for his skill set and empathy with inclusion issues. We had a very good outcome, and thanks to David our son is getting FAPE he is entitled to.
