I wish there was something lower than 1 star. I hired Mr Win 1st QTR 2014. The day I signed the contract was the last time I ever spoke to him. He NEVER returned even 1 call in 18 months. I requested appointments via email and phone, and EVERY request was ignored or denied. They ignored ALL of... my requests to find out why nothing was being done. I saved over 100 emails, with no response to my inquiries. They did not answer my questions. I advised them to take action and there is no evidence that they did anything they promised on the day they were hired. My assigned paralegal quit and I was lied to, I was told she was on an extended honeymoon (she quit months before). I tried an escalation to the other "alive" partner, and he too refused to return any calls. I had to speak with local law enforcement to get instructions on how to get my records back. They returned half of what I gave them, and what I was able to obtain illustrated they did not do what they represented that they would do. My new attorney has been doing all the work that was never done by RGW, and he responds the same day 100% of the time. Do not use RGW if you want an attorney who is responsive and actually does something. I only wish I never hired them, and I should have fired them a lot sooner.
