Jeffrey Joseph Denicholas

This atty is/was SOOOO incompetent when it came to retrieving my "UNPAID" benefits (STILL UNPAID I might add) that amount to OVER $47k his statement to me was this, and I quote: "There is no money in it for me to pursue, I would make ONLY about $600" unquote! REALLY? I was under the impression th...at the law was mandated at 15%, which would equal OVER $7K....hmmm.... He's been representing my case for well OVER 4yrs, I've had a 3 level spinal fusion (which is still being dealt with, additional tests required) still require a 2 level cervical fusion, torn left knee ACL (repair), right hand/wrist surgery as well. He stated to me that he will ONLY pursue my case further AFTER I have the specified surgeries and that he's not doing it "piece meal" !! (another quote). I told him I want to settle the case and move on with my life, only again to fall on his deaf ears. He DOES NOT respond to emails, text messages OR voicemails, I have the distinct impression he has absolutely NO INTEREST in ones case after there has been a "findings and award" that didn't meet his satisfaction attributed to his own delinquency. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!

Jeffrey DeNicholas is one of the most caring, and skilled attorneys I have ever met. He truly cares about the rights of the injured worker, and his clients ( of which I am one). The SYSTEM SUCKS! They don't give a damn about the injured worker...they will delay and deny treatments, reimbursements, ...hoping we will die before they have to pay out. I hired Mr DeNicholas after my first Workers Comp attorney totally dropped the ball,. Mr DeNicholas took over my case ( which had previously been handled incompetently, and dragging on for years ), and finally made things happen.....getting me the treatment I required, and the benefits I was entitled to. Mr. DeNicholas, has fought tirelessly for me, and continues to do so, despite all the obstacles in the Workers Comp system. I feel very fortunate to have him in my corner.
