I've exclusively represented injured workers since 2001, in their quest for adequate and timely medical and monetary benefits guaranteed them by the California Constitution Article 14, Section 4.
Prior to 2001, I was a managing partner of a branch office for a large work comp insurance defense law firm.
I have a UCLA degree in Political Science & Economics.
My Juris Doctorate Degree is from UOP McGeorge School of Law - Sacramento, where I graduated in 1982 and had received the American Jurisprudence Award (AmJur).
My hobbies are long distance cycling, photography, cooking, and reading.

INCOMPETENT
This atty is/was SOOOO incompetent when it came to retrieving my "UNPAID" benefits (STILL UNPAID I might add) that amount to OVER $47k his statement to me was this, and I quote: "There is no money in it for me to pursue, I would make ONLY about $600" unquote! Replied last July 21, 2017UPDATE: I knew the client who had written this review. I sent him a link to the State Bar website where he could file a complaint if he thought I was not competently representing his interests. I also sent him a Dismissal of Attorney form. This client did not file a State Bar complain and would not Dismiss me as his attorney. In time, and these case do take time, I was able to secure for this client a high six figure settlement. In the end, I honestly don't know if he was happy or not with my representation. Not all cases are the same and not all cases can be settled simply because a client wants it settled. Some cases have a life of their own and we try to manage them as best as we can within the limits of the law as it is dictated to us.
