Barry Fred Hammond

This attorney has only spoken to myself in pursuit of money and more money. I have caught him in numerous lies. He is the rudest person (so rude that other persons in court halls told me to fire him). He has never, not once, returned a text, email or Phone call. You do not need an attorney for a DU...I. What a waste if money. Its a mandatory sentence. Whether you go alone or with any attorney. Sentence us the same. If I would have known ge was a DUI. attorney. I am sick. He has taken all of my money and not done a single thing. There is no worse attorney, than a rude attorney who cares nothing for you except how much money he can get. I am appealing to the California State Bar Association. Thank God, many other attorneys and family have seen his behavior and decided it is the worst of the worst. I will get all monies refunded for the new attorney.

Barry Hammond was referred to me by the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. In our first meeting, Barry told me he was going to talk to the Sheriff Deputy in order to get the charge dropped. I was recommended to Mr. Hammond by the San Fernando Bar Association. I was accused of stealing from work. I was fired and arrested at the same time, I later found out once I had got out of jail that my employer was accusing me of stealing an excess amount of what I could of possibility of stolen! He... was lying and trying to get my charges from a misdemeanor to a felony. I was terrified and did not know what to do. Long came recommended Barry and he took care of all my problems. I am pleased to say that Mr. Hammond is a savior! My 23 year old daughter got into a fight with her boyfriend (typical)! The neighbors called the police arrested her and sent her straight to jail and charged with felony domestic violence! We were shocked, aggravated and scared! I did not want my daug...hter in jail nor with a felony on her record.
