This attorney has only spoken to myself in pursuit of money and more money. I have caught him in numerous lies. He is the rudest person (so rude that other persons in court halls told me to fire him). He has never, not once, returned a text, email or Phone call. You do not need an attorney for a DU...I. What a waste if money. Its a mandatory sentence. Whether you go alone or with any attorney. Sentence us the same. If I would have known ge was a DUI. attorney. I am sick. He has taken all of my money and not done a single thing. There is no worse attorney, than a rude attorney who cares nothing for you except how much money he can get. I am appealing to the California State Bar Association. Thank God, many other attorneys and family have seen his behavior and decided it is the worst of the worst. I will get all monies refunded for the new attorney.

I wanted to thank you for getting my DUI reduced and I also want to thank you for reducing my alcohol program from 9 months to 3! You saved me a ton of money and also saved my drivers license. I have used Mr. Hammond for both my cases. Recently I had a run in with the police and got my 2nd DUI, I was caught driving under a suspended license from my first DUI and got in to an accident. I was looking at time in Jail, and the DMV was going to revoke my license for 3years. I retained Mr. Hammo...nd to defend my case in the Van Nuys Court house, as I knew he was familiar with the D.A’s and the Judges of the court. As expected Mr. Hammond miraculously kept me out of Jail and struck my prior DUI and treated my second as my first. He also dropped my driving without a license and I was able to get a valid one with in a couple of months. He truly saved me from the hardship of a second DUI and all the fines I would have to pay. It’s only been a couple of months I have a valid license and I’m finished with all my alcohol classes. If I were to have pleaded guilty to my second DUI with out an attorney like Mr. Hammond I would have no license, have to serve time in jail and in a second offender program that stems to 18 months costing almost 2k for just the classes alone. I personally have used Mr. Hammonds legal service on several occasions. On one occasion I got a DUI and on another felony charge for assault. Mr. Hammond is the best defense attorney out there. Mr. Barry Hammond has personally handled all my DUI cases, and just finished handling my third offense DUI. I continue using his services because he is so professional and works aggressively to fight cases. On my last two DUI’s, I did not receive any jail time, which was great to my relief, and is ...why I came back to him on a third charge because he provides outstanding services and results. During the interrogation with the highway patrol officer of my third offense, Barry caught a mistake that the officer did, which was not to offer a blood test. He continually stays on top of the situation and has very important and smart questions that he knows it will help the account of my case.
