Rodney is a former Special Assistant U.S. Attorney who has been practicing law for more than two decades. He began his career as a civil prosecutor in mail fraud cases for the United States Postal Service in Washington, DC. During that time he litigated in federal district courts throughout the country, follwed by a term at the Department of Justice as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. Since leaving government service, he has provided legal services to some of the nation’s largest companies including MCI, Bank of America, USAA and Starbucks.  He has helped hundreds of individuals with estate planning needs, probate administrations and DMV representation.

Rodney is an active philanthropist, serving or having served on several nonprofit boards including AIDS Project Los Angeles, Project Angel Food, Eureka College Board of Trustees, Christian Church Homes and Disciples Seminary Foundation, to name a few.
