Client charged with Domestic Violence, then violating a protective order. Initially he hired a different attorney to handle the Domestic Violence case, but the Attorney was not making any progress on ... the case. While the Domestic violence case was pending, the Court issued a protective order. The Client then picked up a new case for violating that protective order. I was then retained and I put together a mental health diversion motion on behalf of my client that was granted. I gave the motion that I put together for my Client to his other Attorney to use on his case. That (my) motion was also granted on that case. Today, both cases were completely dismissed after a successful completion of the diversion .

Client was represented by another attorney for a DMV Admin Per Se hearing following a DUI arrest and lost that hearing resulting in a one (1) year driver license suspension. I was subsequently retaine ... d to file a DMV Writ to attempt to overturn that DMV ruling. I was able to overcome obstacles along the way and won the Petition for Writ of Mandate with the Court ordering the DMV to set aside their previous suspension of my client's driver license, and thus reinstating his driver license.

Based on all the evidence I made about 40 minutes worth of objections to the DMV exhibits, citing case law and statutes. ...
