Our conversation lasted a total of eight minutes, during which he seemed confused about the charges filed against me. I got the impression that he was incompetent and never asked how I wanted to plead. The deal that was offered to me was terrible, and Moshe, the office manager, even suggested that I accept jail time. I feel cheated by this office. I was misled, and I don't believe anyone was genuinely advocating for me. This experience was no better than having a public defender.

I met a young man once years ago who had been f@$#ed over by his hired attorney MELVIN BETNUM.
