Outstanding. I can't thank Lou enough for everything that he did for my family. After becoming pretty jaded over the years he renewed my faith that there are good, honest, compassionate people still out there. About two years ago I had an accident at a restaurant where my chair collapsed and I fell and broke my wrist. I also aggravated a condition I have in my left foot known as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).
