James Dean Gregory

I represent persons accused of federal and state crimes throughout Los Angeles, Ventura, and Riverside counties. I handle all misdemeanors and felonies including three strike prosecutions and homicide cases.

I represent persons accused of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs including marijuana in the counties of Los Angeles, Ventura, and Riverside. My practice also includes representation at all phases of DMV hearings including license suspensions and revocations.

I have defended minors accused of misdemeanor and felony offenses in all of the courts in Los Angeles and Ventura County. I will consult privately with clients and their families at times convenient to school and work schedules.
