Outstanding. I can't thank Lou enough for everything that he did for my family. After becoming pretty jaded over the years he renewed my faith that there are good, honest, compassionate people still out there. I was injured in a very bad auto accident after being hit from behind at a high rate of s...peed. My car was totaled and I was left with neck and back injuries requiring over a year's worth of physical therapy. About two years ago I had an accident at a restaurant where my chair collapsed and I fell and broke my wrist. I also aggravated a condition I have in my left foot known as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).
