Mr. John Sommers was referred to me by a family member with my first DUI back in 2013 i had over the double the bac level in my system and with his representation got the minimum penalties and fees in court. Exactly 3 years after my probation was over, I contacted him again to get my DUI expunged off... my record so that I can advance in my medical career and in a couple months bam it was gone!!! 2016 was the first time I've ever had to contact a lawyer, and I'm really glad I went with Mr. Sommers. He was always on time, very professional, and sends letters and emails letting you know what's going on with every step of the case. My biggest fear was that lawyers always try and price things ex...tremely high, or drag out the case so that you own them more, but I was really blessed to find John. His retainer fee was fair and and even accepted payment installments, and once the pre-trial portion of my case was done he simply sat me down and walked me through my options and explained why each one was the best, and never blanked on any of my questions. He could have told me to go to trial but and taken all my money but he told me it wasn't worth its, and my penalties weren't nearly as bad as i had feared, due to his negotiation skills.
