Robin Eliot Paley

I was referred to him by the San Fernando Valley Bar Association as being an expert in construction law. He is not. I met with him on August 26 and fired him on September 13. Before September 10, he had done absolutely nothing on my matter. I wrote him copious emails which he claims took him 2-1/...2 hours to review, which were necessitated by his lack of responsiveness. He wrote two letters to insurance companies representing corporations not involved in my matter and charged me for it. He forced me to go to arbitration over his fees and when an awarded was awarded to me, to be paid "forthwith", on April 9, 2014, he ignored it.
