Robert Charles Kasenow II

It was a pleasure having Robert Kasenow represent me. He was able to win my appeal in a scenario that had a very small chance of approval (2-5%). I could tell that he really cared about the situation and genuinely gave his all to win my appeal. The appeal was very well challenged and when I reviewed ...it I could tell that a lot of time and effort was put into it. He was affordable in comparison to some of the far more expensive attorneys that I was originally contacting and was recommended to me by a very high profile attorney which goes to say a lot. He was never passive with communication and always explained where we were at, what to expect and then some. I noticed that someone on this site previously commented on Robert not answering his phone but I'm assuming that there post was based on a quick reaction/frustration. I imagine he's very busy and I too had a few scenarios where I couldn't get in touch right away but he always got back to me and on time. Remember, attorneys spend most of their days in court rooms and tend to respond to emails and phone calls during late evenings. I can't thank Robert enough, I'm very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone based out of Los Angeles County or anywhere in Southern California.

I called everyday for a month straight to get update on case. NOTHING!!!. Not one single call back to give me an update or to even say anything. How about just calling back to confirm the messages were received to start with? Very unprofessional!!...I felt that the lack of call backs were a clear dis...play of lack of caring.
