Mr. Hoegh was supposedly to represent me when I thought this was a proper choice. After close to a year and many incorrect directions that he wanted me to move in, I found that his best interest was mainly for himself and not me, his client. The many slandering and nasty letters that would be later r...eceived, should have gone with a report to the Bar, but did not and was only a mistake hurting others that would come across this unprofessional. Be very cautious of who you decide in representing you as this was not what I considered to be professional representaion. Not even at its worst. The Judge ordered my file to be returned within 20 days and 7 months later, I received close to maybe a third of what he was originally given to this individual when he took the case. I only hope this is helpful to someone thinking to make a decision at this point in time. Representing yourself is almost a better choice. Good luck!

I hired Mr. Him back in 2008. All sounded good and he would take care of me. As of now, 2019, my case is not settled and he is nowhere in sight. I have been trying for over 4 years to get my records so I can hire someone more concerned to help settle my case. But, after 100's of phone calls not retur...ned I still can't move on. I wish I had listened to other's who warned me not to hire him.

I was so nervous and concerned about my ability to provide for my family while I was not able to work. The law office of Mr. Hoegh could not have been more nice, accommodating and compassionate. Except when it came time to settle my case, they were ferocious! My settlement was much more than I expect...ed and allowed my family to live as they were accustomed and not borrow money or live with my folks. Thanks to Damaris and Tom and their team of angels.
