Abandoned case

Before I get to my story, I would like to mention that I have already filed a complaint with the State Bar of California. If anyone needs help filing a complaint of their own, feel free to reach out and I will gladly help. I see a lot of positive reviews here, which makes me wonder whether they ar...e genuine or whether I am being treated differently. The last time I spoke with Robert was over two years ago. I have requested phone appointments and received no response. I have contacted my case managers and received no response. I have called the 310 number listed by the firm, but it appears to be nothing more than an answering service that simply takes messages and has no knowledge of what is happening with my case. My case manager repeatedly told me to email Robert, but those emails also went unanswered. I even visited the firm's listed physical address, only to discover that it was a small private mailbox store. The staff there had never heard of Robert Ozeran. Last November, my case manager told me she was going to move my case toward resolution and scheduled me for a deposition on January 7. I was overseas celebrating New Year's but cut my trip short specifically to attend that deposition. On the day of the deposition, she informed me that there had been a mistake — she had confused my case with another client's case, and no deposition had actually been scheduled for me. That was also the last time I spoke with her. Since then, she has not returned my calls. My case has now been pending for nearly five years. During that time, I have struggled to get updates, responses, or even basic communication from anyone at the firm. At this point, I have no idea what is happening with my case. I do not know how a law firm can operate this way, but the lack of communication, professionalism, accountability, and basic respect has been shocking. This has been, without question, the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a law firm. I hope the State Bar of California gets to the bottom of what is happening. Again, if anyone needs help filing a complaint, feel free to contact me.

Do not come here

Called for a consultation, attorney asked for my identification and signature via text to prove I was a real person. After I consulted over the phone, I received a packet with signatures on forms. This law firm fraudently used my text signature and added to the forms that I never saw. I never signed ...the Retainer and they filed a case without my knowledge. If you see their responses on the reviews client post- the truth- they response by insulting them.
