Do not hire this guy. Absolutely the worst atty.he will keep in contact with you, until you pay your retainer.then you'll spend months trying to get a response. I had to go with a different laywer after 4 months of trying to contact him.after 3 years with him handling my divorce.he was able to get ...me a 178.00 a month alimony offer. At the start of him handling my divorce, he held a phone court session. The judge laughed at him for the procedure. Wasnt even needed.he'll sound like a great atty.when you first sign up with him.then you'll be pulling your hair out .trying to find out whats going on with your case.he'll never call you.my new atty. Laid out how inept he is. Do yourself a stress free favor.do not hire this guy.ive filed a complaint with the California bar .and am trying to get re- imbursed for service he didnt do.4000.00 worth. "Better call saul" not this piece of garbage.

In short: Richard is dependable, intelligent, responsive, and kind. I recommend him without hesitation. Richard has helped me with multiple problems over the last few years. The first time I used his services was to resolve a dispute in which my consumer rights were violated. He wrote an aggres...sive and very effective letter to the violating business, and when they tried to wiggle out of it with excuses, he did not back down at all. He defended my rights and ultimately resolved the case to my satisfaction 100%. The second time I used his services was to file for divorce. Richard was efficient and aggressive. When I needed help to modify the divorce agreement several months down the line, this was done quickly and easily. When the court messed up the process, he went above and beyond to handle it personally and it was resolved immediately. Richard was efficient, dependable and aggressive in defending my rights, but also was diplomatic and kind, maintaining a civil atmosphere and avoiding unnecessary nastiness. In every case, I always feel that I am in the good hands of an experienced, organized, knowledgeable attorney, and working with a kind and generous person with a good heart. I would never go anywhere else.
