Do not hire this guy. Absolutely the worst atty.he will keep in contact with you, until you pay your retainer.then you'll spend months trying to get a response. I had to go with a different laywer after 4 months of trying to contact him.after 3 years with him handling my divorce.he was able to get ...me a 178.00 a month alimony offer. At the start of him handling my divorce, he held a phone court session. The judge laughed at him for the procedure. Wasnt even needed.he'll sound like a great atty.when you first sign up with him.then you'll be pulling your hair out .trying to find out whats going on with your case.he'll never call you.my new atty. Laid out how inept he is. Do yourself a stress free favor.do not hire this guy.ive filed a complaint with the California bar .and am trying to get re- imbursed for service he didnt do.4000.00 worth. "Better call saul" not this piece of garbage.

Richard was the 3rd lawyer I spoke to when I was looking for somebody to help with my divorce proceedings. I actually met with him AFTER I had my 1st hearing, where I was left feeling hopeless, defeated, and ignored. Richard listened to me and offered reasonable, aggressive advice, but never strong-a...rmed me into making any decisions I did not feel comfortable with. He has been aggressive in handling my case, but not overly demanding or demeaning to any of the parties involved. I have felt completely comfortable and taken care of, which has helped me keep my head and stay positive during this stressful and emotional time.

Hands down the worst expeirence I've had ever working with an attorney. Richard Leeds is disorganized, chaotic, non communicative, and totally unprepared. He is haphazard and sloppy and is extremely difficult to work with. It also seems as if he has little to no respect from the judge. Painful and aw...ful experience. I strongly urge you to go elsewhere.
