Jason Harrington Clark

Jason H. Clark was the ONLY lawyer who knew how to solve my reemployment problem pronto. I talked to one who wouldn't touch it and anoter who was just guessing. Things are very tough with workers in the construction industry and I had three employes that were giving me trouble that I dumped on this attorney at same time. It could have cost me a lot of money and I have paid much more in the past when I have had these problems. This attorney Clark knew just w...hat to do and even corrected the judge a couple of times which was funny. I wish I could give him everything but he specializes in certain things.

This attorney took my wife's reemployment appeal case and the referee's decision was affirmed. Here are my concerns: 1. If he's been doing this so many years and is so competent, why could he not predict the loss in this very uncomplicated, straightforward case? If he cares so much about his client, ...why has he never called my wife on the phone after we were notified by the appeals commission? A competent, caring professional calls and informs the client personally, explains, and expresses regret. In my opinion, the failures indicate that this attorney is simply making a living at filing useless paperwork that cost people money at a time when they can least afford it.
