Jason Harrington Clark

I used Mr. Clark and his services for my unemployment case and was very unimpresse. After being told that their was a good chance to have my case reversed and had to pay the full $650 before he would even look at my case. Well after he was paid and with a 70% chance of winning my appeal was the same... never reversed. I was then very rudely explained by his office staff that sometimes this happens and they said that they could do an appeal through the florida supreme court and said that it would be even more money.still have not received a call back from Greg Diamond the legal assistant who I first talked with their claim that they are "very busy" since the attorney was going out of town. I was basically taken advantage of by their marketing strategies with a nice fluff pack of won cases and a nice business card. Needless to say I have learned my lesson. Not even a partial refund for was done and feeding off the misfortions of people who have had lost their jobs offering hope that they have great success with these cases but really just capitalizing off your misfortunes.

I am a client of this law firm and I wish to say that they did an excellent job on a recent case for me they were very professional quick to answer my questions and quick to get things done. Upon receiving an unfavorable decision from the unemployment referee, I received several mailings from attorneys soliciting my business. Normally such correspondence is considered “ambulance chasing”. However, knowing that dealing with the unemployment bureaucracy is “difficult at best” on a good da...y, and “impossible” the rest of the time, I made two phone calls. From start to a successful conclusion, the “Jason Clark Law Firm” proactively stayed on top of the case. The opposition (employer) chose to drop their case rather than go before the referee. There is no doubt in my mind that their decision was based on the case Mr. Clark had presented against them! I wholeheartedly recommend Jason Clark. He is the “Donald Trump” of his specialty – taking no prisoners!!

This attorney took my wife's reemployment appeal case and the referee's decision was affirmed. Here are my concerns: 1. If he's been doing this so many years and is so competent, why could he not predict the loss in this very uncomplicated, straightforward case? If he cares so much about his client, ...why has he never called my wife on the phone after we were notified by the appeals commission? A competent, caring professional calls and informs the client personally, explains, and expresses regret. In my opinion, the failures indicate that this attorney is simply making a living at filing useless paperwork that cost people money at a time when they can least afford it.
